Featherland Colourful Wooden Beads are great for creating new toys, repairing or revamping existing toys which will stimulate your Parrots interests. Excellent for adding a splash of colour.

Quantity - This pack contains 75 beads of assorted colours.

Dimensions - 1.3cm Daimeter with a 6mm hole.

Materials - Bird safe coloured wood. Colours will run when wet.

Suitable for - Mini to Large Parrots.

Chewability - In our opinion, being Hardwood, small beaks may not get a lot of fun out of destroying these but they do add good colour and when combined with other soft woods you have a durable element to a toy that may not need replacing as often.

Although these beads are safe for Small to Large Parrots, what about their chew value.  "Our Ernie" a Blue Fronted Amazon, is classed as large and he thinks they are fun when added to a foot toy but they dissapear on his hanging toys.

Every bird is different but by knowing your birds individual play habits and beak strength, it will help you create toys that are multi-faceted. Try using a combination of durable and shreddable parts for maximum enjoyment.

Medium Birds - Ringneck, Senegal, Large Lories, Yellow Collar Macaw, Hahn's Macaw, Severe Macaw, Sun Conure, Blue Crown Conure, Pionus, Rose Breasted Cockatoo and similar sized birds.
