Questions about our products


Is your wood safe?
Yes we only use a few selected wood types from the Safe Tree list that we feel are suitable for our products and our own Companion Birds. Please refer to the drop down menu on the Home bar where we provide in depth information about our materials and wood source. We have also created links throughout the shop.                                                                                                                                      

Can you make to order?                                              
Yes, If we have the wood dried, 10 to 14 working days for regular items and for bespoke items it will depend on the piece in question.
If we have to harvest the wood, please bear in mind that it has to have the time to naturally dry before we can work on it so we would anticipate 14 to 21 days, again this will depend on the wood type and thickness. We can advise you of a more accurate time scale once we know the requirements.

How do I care for my items?
We have provided links throughout our shop which will take you to the relevant pages for helpful tips on cleaning and safety.

Can I order replacement pieces?
Yes, we keep a record of all customer orders and whether it is a part for your perch, stand or feeder we will be happy to help so just contact us. 


Questions about placing orders and turn around times

Can you ship to the Republic of Ireland, Europe & the USA?
Yes we are always happy to welcome overseas customers BUT all prices shown in our shop are for mainland UK only. For more information see Overseas Customers

What are your turn around times?
For items that we hold in stock 3 to 5 working days from the date that payment is received. If you need your order in a hurry, please contact us to see if we can provide an express service for you. For made to order items, 10 to 14 working days depending on the chosen wood being shown as available. For Bespoke items it will depend on what you have ordered and what wood we have available.
